Flight: Sixteen Hours... Last Night's Sleep: Three

I got about three hours of sleep before I woke up in the humidity realizing I was not in my New York room with Jake but in China.

This is just a quick post since I am up. We have great AC in the living room but I cannot figure out my bedroom for the life of me. I am currently in the living room. Anyone who knows me, knows I fear humidity.

This is probably the craziest most daring thing I've ever done in my life. Last night when I got in Jessica (my roommate/co-actor) was up and we were able to chat a bit. I am feeling very blessed she is the person who ended up on this project and in this apartment with me.

Everything is a haze so far. The plane ride was so long, I watched about 6 movies. If I looked at the time it was almost anxiety inducing- so I kept movies going, snacked, and let myself drift in and out of sleep. I am wondering what today will hold. Yes, this is all amazingly exciting... but I already am so homesick for New York... homesick for my Jake. We were able to FaceTime before bed, thank heavens.

I will have to go shopping today for water bottles (we can't drink tap), coffee (must...need....now), and food. Thank you everyone for supporting me, I am SO looking forward to blogging this experience. Enough of the jet lagged rambles... I might try to get an hour or more in! Goodnight, good morning??? Good days!
